The company has a specialist technical centre experienced in the design development and manufacture of engine and transmission parts to the highest dimensional and material standards to ensure we achieve the necessary performance, reliability and durability required by our international customers both aftermarket and OES.

The facilities within our technical centre include:

• Full 3D CAD software to facilitate DNC facility to our machining facilities, plus model making for accurate manufacture patterns, core boxes and dies to produce a large range of products
  Scanning and Co-ordinate Measuring Machines to enable accurate control of both design and manufacture of our products.
• Full Performance and Durability performance Test Rigs to verify product quality.
• Full metallurgical evaluation equipment to ensure the correct material standard.
• Our factories are equipped with the latest CNC lathes and Machining Centres to ensure high quality dimensional conformance working within a cellular architecture.
• The technical and manufacturing centre is accredited to ISO 9001 (Design & Manufacture) using the latest quality systems and processes.

This enables us to develop, source, supply and distribute engine parts to our customer base at a competitive cost to meet all market needs and offer a wide product portfolio high quality diesel engine and vehicle parts.

A fully fledged in-house quality assurance product audit and inspection procedures ensures compliance of the parts to the requirements of the customer in terms of material and dimensions and fit for purpose.
