Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or to exchange with another item. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

Returns

All returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Unless faulty, all returned items must be in original packaging and in a clean and saleable condition and are liable to a handling fee of 20% of the value of the items returned excluding VAT and shipping charges. We will only refund carriage costs where the item returned is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied by PSEP.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order it should be done by e-mail before the goods are dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please let our sales team know as soon as possible. After an order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the delivery with our carriers. Please do not refuse to accept a delivery as a way of cancellation. If delivery of an order is refused the goods will be returned to us by our carriers. A charge is still incurred for this return which will be deducted, plus handling charges, from any refund amount.

Returns Process

You must inform us that you wish to return an item and confirm if you require a refund or exchange. To return an item, ensure it is securely packaged so as to ovoid damage, and send to the following address:
