Overhaul Kit Components

  • Cylinder Kits or Piston Kits which include Full set of Pistons with Piston Pins and Retaining Clips, full set of Piston Ring Sets, full set of Cylinder liners, if wet liners we include liner seals, if dry we offer finished or semi-finished as appropriate.
  • Front Crankshaft Seal

We also offer connecting rods, push rods, rocker arms  & tappets.

Engine Crankshaft Kit Components

If you need to attend to the bushes in piston, bearings in crankshaft and bushes in the camshaft we can offer a full range as follows:

  • Main Bearings
  • Thrust Bearings or Thrust Washers
  • Connecting Rod Bearings
  • Small End Bushes
  • Camshaft Bushes

We can provide Standard size bearing or oversizes typically 0.010”, 0.020”, 0.030”, 0.040” and above if inherent strength of crankshaft can accommodate this size. If you need to replace crankshaft or camshaft we offer a range to support this.

To ensure we can provide the correct kit for your engine, we request that you supply the Vehicle Model, Engine Model Type, Cylinder Bore and Stroke plus Engine Serial Number with year of manufacture.

Cylinder Head – Valve Train Kit Components

Additional overhaul components are available to rebuild your cylinder head, we offer a valve train kit which generally will include:

  • Full set of Inlet and Exhaust Valves
  • Full set of Valve Guides
  • Full set of Valve Collets

We can also include supplementary items such as valve springs and valve stem seals and in many circumstances valve seats. If a serious overhaul is needed we can also provide new cylinder heads either bare or fully assembled ready to bolt on.

To aid the rebuilder we can also offer a technical data sheet for your engine rebuild which includes:

  • Engine Cubic Capacity in litres/cu In
  • Number of Cylinders
  • Cylinder Bore Size
  • Stroke
  • Compression Ratio
  • Firing Order
